Live Stream FLV imagery is 800x600px, generated at 24 "frames-per-second" but not necessarily served or displayed at that frame rate. Typical frame rates are in the 5-15 range. The main limitation on Live Streaming fps is the 'upload' speed of our Live Weather Server connection. Quality and fps also depend on your computer's characteristics and your connection speed. At the top right of the video window is a number that should be constantly changing. How rapidly the number changes is some indication of the frame rate you're displaying.
